A human being who has a BMI of more than 25 is overweight and BMI more than 30 is termed obese, respectively.

Various researchers are working to control obesity. Many have given remedies such as Yoga, Diet and also medication. There is a unique solution where a researcher is working on obesity in the United Kingdom. He concluded that a human could control his eating habits if he is aware of how much calories he hast to burn after eating any food. According to him, food packages should display the amount of exercise a person has to do before consuming it. For instance, a pizza package should mention that it will take four hours to walk to burn the calories contained in it. A chocolate bar to show a Twenty-two minutes run to burn the calories to consume it. So accordingly, a person will think if he should eat it or not. Showing such labels on the packages will lead to awareness of the energy cost of food. According to the sources, it will overall cut about 200 calories from a human’s body daily.

A small change in such labels can make an overall difference in calorie intake. However, there are always two sides to a coin. Fast mast moving consumer goods manufacturers will be a little skeptical about this idea. They might fear that their revenue would decline. But there is a hope that the giant food chain or company will try to bring change and the system would get real-life trials.
